Caltex has two fuel management solutions (FMS) for our customers StarCard and Access.
StarCard is a card based FMS that uses a magnetic magstripe card and offers both a two card system incorporating both a vehicle and a driver card or a vehicle specific card. This electronic card based system enables customers to purchase at nominated Retailer outlets in Southern Africa. The card can also pay for lubricant and toll purchases.
Access integrates an electronically controlled vehicle refuelling system, using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology with a web based reporting system. It is a secure end- to- end solution that provides both heightened control over access to fuel and enhanced monitoring and reporting of fuel usage and vehicle fuel consumption.
Caltex also offers co branded cards with ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedfleet and Wesbank First Auto.
